Our Approach to Referrals
We also believe that personal relationships are very important, so we like to meet a referring agent in person or by phone or video call. We know that agents want to refer their clients to someone that they trust. Once that trust is established through these meetings, we will meet the client in the same way before we begin to help them with their real estate needs.
Referrals to buyers and sellers will earn a 50% referral fee. Referrals for leases will earn a 10% referral fee.
